This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the use of services offered through Nakshyo, a product of EBYGD Technology Private Limited. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Nakshyo provides digital astrology, spiritual guidance, tarot reading, numerology, and related consultation services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

2. Consultation Services

Completed Consultations

Once a consultation (chat, call, video call, or other session) has been successfully completed, the payment made for the consultation is non-refundable.

Users acknowledge that astrology and spiritual guidance services are subjective in nature, and dissatisfaction with predictions, opinions, or guidance provided by an expert shall not qualify for a refund.

Interrupted or Failed Consultations

A refund or wallet credit may be provided in the following situations:

• Technical failure from Nakshyo's platform.
• The expert fails to join the session.
• Call or chat disconnects due to system errors.
• Payment is deducted but the consultation does not start.

Refunds in such cases will be reviewed and processed at Nakshyo's sole discretion.

3. Wallet Recharge

Successful Wallet Recharges

Amounts added to a Nakshyo wallet are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Users are advised to verify recharge amounts before completing transactions.

Duplicate Transactions

If a user is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Subscription Plans

If Nakshyo introduces subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Users may cancel future renewals where applicable.
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.

5. Promotional Credits & Bonus Amounts

Any promotional credits, bonus amounts, rewards, referral credits, or campaign incentives:

• Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another account.
• Are non-refundable.

Nakshyo reserves the right to modify or revoke promotional benefits at any time.

6. Cancellation Policy

By Users

Users may cancel a consultation before it starts, subject to platform rules and expert availability.

If payment has been deducted and the session has not started, eligible refunds may be credited to the user's wallet or original payment method after review.

By Experts

If an expert cancels a scheduled consultation, users may:

• Receive a full refund.
• Receive wallet credits.
• Reschedule the consultation.

The resolution method will be determined by Nakshyo.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

• Wallet Credits: 24–48 hours
• UPI / Bank / Card Refunds: 5–10 business days
• Payment Gateway Refunds: Subject to banking and payment provider timelines

Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Fraudulent Activity

Nakshyo reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases involving:

• Abuse of promotional offers.
• Multiple refund claims.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious account activity.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activities may be suspended or permanently terminated.

9. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact Nakshyo Support before initiating chargebacks with banks or payment providers.

Nakshyo reserves the right to suspend accounts associated with unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims until the matter is resolved.

10. Modification of Policy

Nakshyo reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the platform and become effective immediately upon publication.
